Well that's me done for the week
I weighed myself this morning, ahead of my course tomorrow and have put on 1/2 stone. I'm heavier than ever! 😭 Why can't I get a grip! 😡 I'm hoping it's just a bit of residual water retention from the weekend, and all the bread recently, but I can't kid myself. I need to flipping do something about this! It's not like I'm just a few lb overweight, it's many stones so I can't afford to get any bigger!
I've cancelled my delivery saver, I have a month left then I'm going to go back to shopping in store. If nothing else it's a little movement as I go around the store and carry shopping! I need to get back to the habit of meal planning.
I've got to take the dog to the vet tomorrow for a dental, so I'm going to find out about the cat and the arthritis at the same time. Then hopefully I'll have a little time to myself before picking up the kids."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Hope the cat and dog are ok 🐕🐈⬛It's not easy to concentrate on weight with family and responsibilities . You have my sympathy , as you seem to be always on the go which is great.Obviously , I'm not a dr but from a food point of view , organic and vegan is better but blooming expensive . Brown bread always ( but not hovis 🤢🤮) . Home made jam instead of 'ordinary ' stuff etc . Home made chips instead of mccains etc . You get the picture .
no crisps 😼 just a thought .
you are doing well on pads and everything ..2 -
Same here…I was a bit horrified weighing myself as I’m a stone higher than my last ‘top weight’. The hardest thing is finding the enthusiasm to cook from scratch after work…convenience food is so convenient! I’d rather thrown in some mccains than start peeling…sigh! Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien
