My plants are lesser periwinkle according to the app! It’s supposed to do animals too, but couldn’t recognise dog or MrWW 😂
Lavender is good for bees and butterflies…or buddlea or honeysuckle if you’ve room for something bigger?

I have a spot planned for lavender elsewhere, so want something different. I might have space for buddlea or honeysuckle in one of the patches - thank you!EssexHebridean said:Our local bees can frequently be found crawling all over our pulmonaria (or "Spotty-leaf plant" as MrEH always calls it!) which may be of use/interest to anyone anting something lower-lying for bee-attraction.savingholmes said:I like no dig jwil for the same reason."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". We've joined National Trust for the year. We have a couple of weekends booked away, so hope that we can make good use of it, as well as locally. Our mission is to see if we can get close to the membership value in parking alone
I've also booked us tickets for the British Geological Survey open day next month. I've always wanted to go. So we need to find a couple of days cheap accommodation near Nottingham. DH has booked the Friday off and the kids have an inset day so we can go up on the Friday and see a new area."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do".
