Hope everyone is well
We've been away for a lovely weekend in Cornwall. The weather was beautiful. We had a great time and made an effort at getting some of our money's worth from the NT membership. Because the weather was so good we visited a few new beaches and took advantage of free parking. I was very proud of myself for managing to get down to one particular beach and get up again, as there were lots of steps. I'd quite often just look and think no chance, but this time I'd decided I was going to go for it. I struggled, my knees hurt and I needed to rest several times but I did it. I'm so tired today, and have a hectic week ahead. Looking forward to my Friday! I do have to work Saturday though this week, but it should be a fun event as our project is launching. It's nice to see it come to fruition
I had a frugal shop this week, and am making the effort to eat well. I'm giving bread a break for a while. I've been eating too much of it and it's making me feel sluggish and bloated. It's definitely a food I should have periodically rather than daily!
