Best laid plans and all that, DH decided not to go out on his bike yesterday and is apparently doing it today instead. I had to go and get the kids, so didn't manage my day at home without seeing anyone.
Today the kids have got up and announced they are parkrunning so no day at home today either. I don't want to discourage them from doing activity.
However, I did have a couple of hours to myself yesterday which were lovely and I managed to do a fair bit of tidying. I think it has strengthened my resolve to ask for compressed hours so I can at least get that bit of space.
It was blooming lovely in the sun though and is another lovely day today"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee4
