Where's that jumping smillie when you need it.
I was going to suggest a private physio.I miss the old smileys
There were some really good ones.
That's a good idea about private physio, I've been reminded today that we have access to physio through work so I might have a look and see if I am eligible for that.savingholmes said:Hurray about the car. Well the good news is the car is currently selling! Fingers crossed! I won't believe it until it's gone.
I'm trying to be a bit more sensible with my work hours - I was always meant to do two long days and two 'normal' length days, but it has been stretching to 4 long days. I did have to make up some flexi, which is now done, but it's been exacerbating my tiredness. Today I finished on time and I feel much better for it.
If I can do that, then maybe I can get back on top of eating well.
I need to try and tick some stuff off my to do list so that I can reduce the mental load, or at least update the list so it's clear and out of my head! I hadn't realised that the kids have an inset day on Friday, that's how disorganised I've become. It's not helping."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee3 -
