Do you live anywhere near an osteopath training college. Most big cities have one. It might be worth having a few sessions to see if you are aligned. They are training for exams so very closely monitored. Fees are low.

A quick google suggests that there's nothing around here, but osteopathy is not something I've ever considered before and it sounds like it might be worth a go. The pain seems to be working up my body - foot pain has gone, knee pain is improving, and now it's my thighs. If it doesn't clear up in a few more weeks, I might suck it up and go for a consultation.
