I’m always achy too. I think it’s a combination of weight and age. My ankles are always stiff when I get up in a morning, but then I forget about them once I get going. Getting drs appointments are so hard and I’ve been pretty much dismissed in the past so I haven’t been for years. I think most of us have trouble sticking up for ourselves with authority figures, I know I do! If I rang with a broken leg and they said don’t be silly, it’s just a sprain, I’d say ok then and just walk around on it because that’s easier than pushing for help. So you have my utmost admiration for keeping trying, you really do. I hope you feel better soon. Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

I've finished work for the week, hurrah. Nice to have the extra day on Monday too.
I've carried on with calorie counting this week, although didn't bother today as it was so busy. I'm comforted to know that I am not eating over my allowance, and actually most days seem to eat around 1700-1800 calories, and even on those days when I don't think I've eaten very well, I've only gone up to around 2000. I guess that's why my weight seems to be stable most of the time, but frustrating when the app seems to think I should be losing weight even if I eat more.
So far I've managed 9 active 10s this week, so should reach my target of 15 easily.
I've had to refund an ebay parcel which hasn't arrived. Something lost in the RM strikes. Frustrating, but I support the workers. Luckily it was only a small amount so not the end of the world.
Tomorrow I have my flu jab so heading into town. Will go to the library as well. Sunday me and the kids are off to London for the day with other family, so hoping it's not too busy. We've booked our tickets for the natural history museum and then may try and see all the flowers etc depending on how busy it is and the time. It will be nice having the day on Monday to chill and recover from what will probably be a busy day."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do".
