I cashed out for an amazon voucher yesterday, so have added that to my PAD today, now that the London trip has passed and I didn't spend a fortune.
I didn't go into the office yesterday, I'm just exhausted for some reason. I'm out at an event today so no office this week. It's actually nice having the week working from home as I can refresh a bit.
I did still walk to school yesterday so got my steps in despite the exhaustion. Last week I did 15 active 10s so am very happy with that. This week will be more challenging but I'll still try and make the 15.
In good news, the scales seem to have moved slightly so hopefully the exercise is making the difference. In not so good news, I broke my chocolate bar fast on the trip to London. But I think it's time to reintroduce it. Hopefully I can have a healthy relationship with it now, and not revert back to the bad habits I had in the past. I won't keep it in the house as standard, but will enjoy it as I fancy it. If it starts getting out of control again, I know that I can give it up again."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". I'm not surprised your exhausted after the London trip. Things like that take a lot out of me too.

Good that the scales are rewarding your efforts.I've probably sabotaged my weight this week, just too tired to bother. Oh well!

Once again I'm relieved I fixed the mortgage this year. After years of being on tracker, it's definitely paid off.
I'm still tired and grumpy and haven't been eating well which hasn't helped - lots of bread and convenience food, not enough fruit and veg. I'm hoping for a quiet weekend to get myself back on track.
I've just done an order from Iceland, and some stuff is the same price it was before, and loads cheaper than Tesco, so I've stocked up a bit.
I've just cashed out on top cashback so will send that to the mortgage when it arrives.
DH has sold 10 items which is a bit of a surprise but more stuff gone.
Looking forward to a quiet day to myself tomorrow."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee2 -

I was at an event yesterday for work. I was quite proud of myself for managing to hide whenever they brought the camera around. They've posted a video online, and there's me in the background of someone being interviewed (not hiding very well) and they've also filmed me when I was talking to someone and didn't realise they were there 🤦♀️😆"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do".
