Well I messaged three electricians yesterday and have had replies from all of them. Two have booked appointments to come and quote and the third has said he'll book something in. Fingers crossed. One is due to come today.
I also am trying to get a plumber to look at our stop !!!!!! as it's seized, but it's not seeming so easy to do that.
