You are doing so well.  One thing I would point out, and apologies if you already know this, fruit is high carb.  It's ab occasional treat for me which I find insane.

I'm doing terribly on chocolate at the moment and really need to go cold turkey on that.

    Wishing you well

Thank you :)  I don't actually eat huge amounts of fruit any more, and have cut it down, eating more veg.  I do tend to have berries and yoghurt for breakfast though.  If it turns out my sugars are still high I can review it.  I'm not trying to do a low carb diet, just trying to reduce quantities more to get the balance right.

I find it quite frustrating having to wait 6 months for bloods as I'm just guessing whether I am doing anything that makes enough difference.  I'm just hoping they've improved in December.

Such great progress. The weight loss is very impressive, you deserve new clothes for that.
Can I just say your listings are insane! How do you keep up to them all? I have 4 listed and I’m fretting about them.

    Thank you :)

I've been ebaying for years, I'm used to it now and have my systems in place. Once they are listed, it's all just left ticking over until they sell. I just check periodically for any questions or anything, but otherwise pretty much leave them to run.  I'll tweak mine periodically until they sell, but DH just tends to leave his on for eternity until I nag him.  We print postage on ebay so can just drop it off at the coop nearby whenever it suits us and it's fully tracked.

    Thank you :)

I'm sure the universe hates me sometimes!  I haven't really got stuck into anything recently as my knee was so painful.  Now that it's easing off, I wanted to have a good sort out and tidy. I've had a touch of a water infection all week and today it's so uncomfortable I just want to huddle up with a hot water bottle.  I shall drink gallons of water and try and flush it out so hopefully I can get moving later.

My shopping is due in a minute and I'm just doing some listing for DH while I'm waiting.  It will be another 8 listings when I'm done, but some are bundles so a lot more items.

I'm planning cottage pie for lunch today.  I feel like we've been eating too much processed food recently so want to get back to cooking myself.  I need to do prepping and meal planning, and use the slow cooker more so that I don't rely on convenience foods so much.
