Thank you :)  Hope you enjoy your trip to the beach, hopefully there'll be a nice sea breeze and you can always have a dip to keep cool!

My poor little jwil has tonsillitis bless him.  He was complaining of a dry throat yesterday morning, so I covid tested him just in case, but he went to school as normal. When he came home he was complaining his throat was sore.  Then when he had his tea, the roof of his mouth started bleeding.  It's always on a Friday afternoon, isn't it!  I took him down to the pharmacy for some advice, they took one look and said he needs to see a doctor.  I managed to get through for a phone consult, sent in some photos of his throat, and should be able to pick up a prescription today for him.

He was ok in himself though, so we all still went to the school fayre last night, and they both had lots of fun with their friends.  So I'm just taking little miss swimming this morning, and I'm quite relieved about that, as she is in the teaching pool where it is cooler in the viewing area, but little jwil is in the bigger pool and it's always like an oven in there!

Other than that, and a trip to Morrisons to pick up the prescription, a quiet weekend planned here.
