That's handy to know. I got some bits from Aldi last week but they had sold out online really quick and I wasn't able to make the 8 am party in the middle aisle on Thursday so missed out. Need to go search my emails as I still need jumpers cardigans socks etc. We have branded school uniform so I tend to buy one with a logo then a couple of plain ones from Sainsbury's.
Well done on the inch and keeping off the chocolate. My vices are fizzy pop and wine. Both of which make me eat more I'm sure.

I've always found that Sainsburys lasts really well, so I tend to stick to there. Our school have branded but thankfully aren't fussy, so it's just the ties and I don't think I need any more of those. I'll get them one branded jumper each but the spares I've ordered (and I actually prefer the supermarket ones).NeverendingDMP said:That's handy to know. I don't drink which helps me with the TRE as I'm not fussed in the evenings. I have one can of fizzy pop most days at lunchtime or I'll buy it if we are out and about. It will be one thing I'll try to ditch (at least the home ones), but I'm not ready to just yet. I agree it makes me want to eat though."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee1 -

Great going on the weight side of things . It seems like it's all going the way it should .It seems that if you keep going the way you are , more positive stuff is coming your way .
Just keep away from the scales now for another 6 weeks if possible , and focus on the rest of your busy schedule and hopefully things keep moving for you .
Too hot to be focusing on increasing your walking , and you're busy enough as it is

keep going !I'll leave it there ..😼2 -

Yes I agree Sainsbury's is very good quality and I've just bought 6 cardigans for the price of one with a school logo. I do the same one posh one cardigan or jumper each rest from supermarkets. Pe kits are hand me downs with new pumps in September. I find the quality at Sainsbury's better than Aldi but I've 3 sets to buy and so I mix and match with what I can get the cheapest:)jwil said:

Interesting that pop makes you want to eat. I have far too much so to have one can a day would be good for me !Jan 18 Joint debts 35,213

I've had a busy morning, tidying through and getting all the bedding in the wash. I've shuffled round some boxes from the kids room and downstairs and have an empty unit to hopefully contain little miss's craft stuff. I've been through the kids colouring box and tested everything and thrown away over 100 non-working pens and broken crayons.
Small steps, but progress!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee4 -
I think it's because it's sugar free, my body wants actual food! If I have it with a meal it's not so bad, but if I have it separately it makes me feel hungry.NeverendingDMP said:

I'm trying to steer away from sugar free stuff - it messes with our bodies - and I'm not convinced it's any healthier.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

True. Evidence is beginning to form in this area.savingholmes said:I'm trying to steer away from sugar free stuff - it messes with our bodies - and I'm not convinced it's any healthier.
