I've been struggling this weekend, but have managed to stick largely to the plan!  I did have some chocolate cravings but have avoided it :)  I think I've been slightly out of my 10 hours eating window, but that's due to needing to eat breakfast early.

I am learning things which is good.
    1.  I need to eat a decent breakfast to keep focussed.  If I don't, even if I eat 'something', I am much hungrier and liable to graze.
    2.  I eat without thinking!  The TRE and trying not to graze are highlighting when I habitually eat - snacking on cherry tomatoes when I make the kids lunches, chopping off a slice of cheese when making sandwiches, eating veg while I'm chopping, a little taste while I'm cooking.  I do all of that unconsciously, and now am becoming more aware of it which can only be a good thing!

I'm tired and have been tempted to throw in the towel, but I haven't done so that's good.
We had a nice time with friends.

I am so irritable so hoping it's TOTM which seems to have been brewing for a couple of weeks, but isn't appearing.

I spotted a book I had identified to go on my friend's wish list.  So I re-read it one more time and have passed it on to her.

I've done 7 listings, and packed one parcel to go.

Small progress, even if I'm not in the mood to celebrate it!

Sorry to hear that, I saw your lovely photos of Master J.  :( Sometimes, that is just is what's needed, but hopefully you can pick yourself up again and get back on track when you are ready.  You've done so well :)

I didn't think it possible, but I have got up today in an even fouler mood than yesterday!  I don't know what's wrong with me, everyone and everything is really irritating me!

I am tempted to put my work status on busy to stop people contacting me, it's probably safer if I want to keep my job!  I can then put my head down and focus on some tasks that are also irritating me :D:D  I'm going to block out a longer lunch break and try and get something done at home, because it might help my frame of mind if something looks better.

Despite my rage, and my temptation to say 'sod it all', I am keeping going with TRE and no chocolate.

Hope everyone has a better day than me!

No I'm not.  I think I'm going to need to, but not yet.  That's good thinking that it could be diet related though, I'll monitor it.  I expect it's hormonal though due to the dates.

Well I didn't manage to avoid people today unfortunately.  Trying to sort out a meeting for tomorrow, and trying to be diplomatic about a report that was just... not good.

I had a call from a neighbour asking for help with something earlier, so dashed over there and then kept her company for a little while.  Had a missed call from my boss when I got back, so rang him back, then had another missed call whilst I was on that, called them back, then had another call immediately after!  So much for not speaking to anyone today :D:D:D

I did manage to get a bit of time over lunchtime to tackle the kids room.  Didn't achieve as much as I'd hoped, but have made a visible difference so that's good.
