hi Mrs SD and fellow passengers
I'm afraid i'm stuck in the buffet car with my laptop at the moment ! i have 4 jobs that are all very busy at the moment. I have managed to do some shredding - i have my shredder on the landing with a pile of paperwork beside it and do a little each day; also binned 2 OOD items from one of my kitchen cupboards. Work eases off a bit in Feb so i'll be decluttering like a demon

What a nightmare Gem-gem 😱 I have learned something new - I always thought memory sticks were incorruptible 😬 but asked my DH & he said old age, magnets & cold were possible causes ☹️ Hopefully you will be able to find & restore everything you need 🤞That is really interesting Mrs SD because the side of the computer is magnetic - for the charger to go in. The chain on the memory stick has sometimes is attracted to it. I had a friend, who used to work for Microsoft, do some checks - my laptop is virus free. Phew! He also said that I might be able to recover my memory stick. 🤞2025 Fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons

Mrs salad dodger l could ask for help by someone with a bigger car but l don’t like asking for help. I’ve not even even asked new OH to help lm too independent and see asking for help as a weakness. I’ve got worse much after losing DH but was bad before tbh. Anyway l managed to move the garage fridge, drier and freezer into position on my own and no one but me has even noticed.Count down to retirement 202312

I finally finished the list I wrote for myself to do on Sunday. But it's only Tuesday evening and I do work weekdays, so not too bad. My last task was to declutter some paperwork, I have achieved a pile about the thickness of a packet of printer paper while sat watching TV this evening, it all needs shredding, but then it's gone. I might not write a new list until the weekend
, but will report any small wins in the meantime.

Someone mentioned about sort your life out on TV. I find the story of how the family got in their position interesting but wary of watching others and not doing my stuff!
160 strong plastic bag gave up
161 - 162 2 lots of shredding
realise didn't move frogs along. Last night booked one off heating repair and then BG complaints said they want to have another look as think they may have been hasty so thursday and friday will have engineers round!
Haircut - only manage a few times a year but forgot how much better I feel - it becomes triangular - think crystal tips.
So look forward to being able to find things - couldn't find TV remote - under paper, then my notebook and my handbag, - would love to hear from people who are in 'maintenance mode' if you have noticed the difference in being able to find things etc, less time dealing with stuff?
two small frogs 163 - 164 didn't move big frogs forward but a new day tomorrow.
Hoping to do more like with like as helps see the abundance and then maybe easier to part.9 -
Hi all, sorry not posted for a few days but for some reason I have been very tired. I haven't slept well for a couple of nights even though I have felt in need of it. The parcel has arrived, it was being held hostage by a neighbour but the postie had not left a card to say where it was. Yesterday I was taxiing OH as the learner car had to have a service and MOT at a garage on the other side of the city so dropped off at 10 but not ready until 5.30. Nothing major needed to be done, I think they just left it until the end of the day as OH was not waiting there for it. OH took my car for a sm run, I cba going. Today I have done very little except read and some knitting while decluttering a few recorded tv programmes. I emptied all the bins, wiped round the bathroom and sorted a load of washing, cooked tea and reminded OH that the wu would have to be done soon as we had no more clean plates. I have taken myself to bed and hope it will be sorted when I go down in the morning
.
Tomorrow we have to go to a funeral, father of a very close friend so I don't expect anything to be done.
Take care everyone12 -
Thank you so much for your good advice kind people, it's made me feel better just knowing someone cares and that it isn't just me being lazy. I don't think I'm lazy really but was always told so as a child and it's hard to forget that.Am going to take note of everyone's advice here and keep at it in a small way and try to celebrate the small wins and be kinder to myself.Magnolia Stellata14

1. Write a daily To Do list - only 5 tasks.
2. Deal with Old Frogs & potential frogs ASAP but at least one on FROG Fridays.
3. Reduce/Restrict time watching TV and playing AB2 during daylight hours 😉
4. Continue to keep kitchen clean & tidy - before going to bedFell down again - only managed 3 small tasks 😔 so Wednesday’s task list is 7 jobs 😔 DSis went to sm. DH filled all the bird feeders, squirrel feeder + new water for birds. DH & I had hm soup for lunch. Dinner was oven cooked pork steaks, mash, cabbage & peas. Wudupa.86 - 89 Kitchen recycling, 3 newspapers - recycled
90 Kitchen detritus - binnedWell at least you would only have to sweep up dollypeeps 😉 Good luck with the wardrobe clearance 🍀
Sorry about both your DD & DH, Suffolksue 😞 Although quite amusing that your DS would get a skip rather than do any sorting 😉 I also smiled at the thought that your sister-in-law’s sons would do what their sister told them to do 🙂
Good work donna73 👏Sorry to hear you are feeling poorly charlies_tribe ☹️ But rather nice that DH is managing to do so many Tip runs - I am awarding him a medal 🏅👏I watched it GeorgianaCavendish - thought Stacey would annoy me but was pleasantly surprised. My favourite is Rob 😉Good work Baxtersmum 👏Nodding off, so off to bed & will finish cheerleading tomorrow 😉MrsSD 🏅🏅🏅 🌟 ⭐️ ⭐️I AM A STAR 🌟
