@vulpix 🤣
Well still no money from the P********** the postman has been . I mean this is 2022 surely they should use BACs I have tweeted again.......it only took me 15 minutes to work out what to do today am becoming a reluctant expert. Apart from the guy on twitter no communication either and they were supposed to do that within 48 hours. Hate them😡
So I was supposed to be helping at a playgroup at my church as they were very short staffed(my idea of hell) anyway at 9.30am the lady said they had enough people after all. So spent the morning working on the arbour again. It seems like it is going very slowly but I am trying to do it properly so I enjoy sitting there and don't keep thinking ,I should do this or that. Chunks of concrete gone to Dump in the next town and a big bag of garden waste to go to the tip down the road. I can't fit my third compost bin in the area behind the Wisteria so I will clean it and hopefully sell it.Enough money to live on so retired early...planning to see where life takes me:D10 -
what company is it?

1. Write a daily To Do list - only 3 tasks
2. Deal with Old Frogs & potential frogs ASAP but at least one on FROG Fridays.
3. Reduce/Restrict time watching TV and playing AB2 during daylight hours 😉
4. Declutter/Relocate one item every time I stand up.
5. Continue to keep kitchen clean & tidy - before going to bedWednesday night i.e. 3:00 a.m. approx I managed to see the Buck Moon 🌝 I had been out several times looking for it but was looking too high in the sky 😉 It was very low & within 30 minutes was not visible at all 😔 Thursday was another hot, sunny day. DH watered the plants then went to sm with the shopping list I had written. He also posted all the cards for birthdays occurring whilst we are away 🙂 I emptied the laundry basket - one full load washed & line dried. Finally cooked the hg rhubarb, dealt with paperwork + getting into the habit re no. 4 above 🙂 Shopping put away. Dinner was salad. Wudupa.
1103 - 1106 Kitchen recycling, cardboard packaging, large glass jar, glass bottle - recycled
1107 - 1109 Kitchen detritus, plastic packaging, emptied shredder - binnedFriday is hot, hot, hot but with an occasional fresh breeze. DH is out for the day doing his Round Britain Rallying. I am definitely getting into the habit of no.4 🙂 I have dealt with today’s mail, decluttered a couple of glass jars from my stash, composted the flowers which DH bought me a couple of weeks ago, watered the garden & filled up the birds water bowls.1110 - 1111 Two glass jars recycledshort_bird, a very hot day is not ideal for a rummage sale so good decision 😉 Good luck with the alternative arrangements for decluttering 🍀 Yippee to the electrician visit 🥳 Good work decluttering the routine stuff 👏
Nice to see you Pennypincin 👋 Well done on the decluttering you have done 👏 RL does have a habit of getting in the way 😉 but when it does you can count time spent planning as part of the decluttering process 😉 Good luck - remember that every item out is a win 🙂
Great advice Siebrie 👏
Great decluttering vulpix 👏 I really hope the secateurs & trowel turn up 🤞Well done on resisting the ‘lure of the seeds’, Pennypincin 👏
Excellent decluttering Wildrose 👏 shame no photo of the ‘sinister little brass demon thingy’ 😂
Oh dear vulpix 😔 but trying to find something specific is always a good way to declutter/tidy 😉😂 Yippee to finding the card 🥳 now just the secateurs, trowel, coat & 2 prescription glasses (Car maybe 🤔 ) to find 🤞Good work short_bird 👏
Either fairies or gremlins florianatwobob 😉 Exciting news re the plasterer & I will keep everything crossed that he only takes 6 days 🤞teachergirl, not fun - the stress probably worsened your headache 😔 Excellent day’s gardening but very hard work 👏 The arbour sounds beautiful 😍 Perhaps you could sell the hardcore - buyer collects? Sounds like P………. are still giving you the runaround 😡 Perhaps you can get friends & family to re-tweet & put a bit of pressure on them.Great decluttering mhagster 👏short-bird, Sorry to be a pedant - holey 😉😉Fizz2015, there is absolutely nothing wrong with plodding - the decluttering still gets done 👏 How lovely to see the rehomed sofa in situ - what a thoughtful person 🙂 A good friend to have - one who doesn’t judge 😉
nannywindow, ‘safe places’ can be the bane of one’s life 😉 In my case what seemed a good location initially often ends up with me tearing my hair out & then eventually finding the missing item in the most unlikely place 😔 Sounds like you can have fun in the van in all weathers - apart from wind - which as bikers my DH & I both find to be the most hateful weather condition - very scary 😧 Re the radio, perhaps some gentle nudging towards something he really would like to own 😉😉 Excellent work in the garden 👏 & not only MSE re the gravel but also prescient - there seems to be a shortage ☹️
TC77, there seem to be many of us who lose things 😔 Great decluttering 👏 & I rather liked the mixed metaphor 😉
Oh GrannyKate, sending a huge hug. So sorry to hear about your DB 😔
What a kind post teachergirl ☺️
Useful information TC77 👏
Will be back later to continue cheerleading 🙂MrsSD 🏅🏅🏅🏅 🌟 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️I AM A STAR 🌟

Not having a great day, dog currently undergoing major emergency surgery. He is a champion sock eater and this times the sock ( we assume) is getting its revenge.Had just dropped him off for investigative tests and headed up to mums and filled car with stuff for charity shop when vet called me back to say he needed surgery right away ( and of course they have to tell you all the things that can go wrong) he’s my very favourite child and one of my connections with my late husband.Anyway 2 huge boxes given to charity full of pictures and dinner sets and china and glassware. Two smaller boxes given and a random pile of random stuff that maybe someone will randomly want!Brought home mum and dads wedding china that needs a good wash and shall go in my dresser with my other vintage china.Also a small suitcase full of photos and certificates and stuff.Had letter from solicitor saying almost at the stage to go for confirmation ( in Scotland / probate in England) not sure how long that takes shall ask and then we can put house up for sale once that’s granted. So I’d better keep on at keeping on!I’ve a few things that can go on local FB page for free so might head round to mums for an hour once I hear from vets to keep myself busy.And as an aside the big atlas was gone the day after I handed it in! So there rude girl! Someone did want it!10

Evening Peeps,
Well what a week of attempting decluttering. Managed to do a car boot and got some pennies back. I was sad to see some lovely t shirts that did fit me a very long time ago and were in excellent condition. They were purchased by a young lady (student I'm thinking) being very savvy and she certainly will be unique in them, I wish I had told her the age of them which were likely to be older than her. However the worst declutter was of my money. I for the first (and to be last time in my life) time put in the wrong fuel. I have used diesel fuel for over 30 years, goodness knows what I was thinking (I really wasn't) so many warning signs not paid any attention to. So £300 later..... pity I can't move my weight any quicker
Back to work tomorrow in the air con so not too bad. Stay safe in the upcoming heat.

@2Scratters so sorry to hear about the fuel... happened to me a long time ago (ex partner filled the car on the way abroad), Owch, well done on the rest.
Complicated double apple charger , and another charger in CS bag, 3 sets of things (multiple per set) sent back/returned, some packaging, few bits of paper, emptied large drawer with dvds and electrical bits, tidied electrical bits and put in box, hoovered drawer and left things out for DD2 to decide if she wants. Another box of cables (yes poss should all be together but these are spares sorted, put in see through bags grouped so at some point can reduce again but take up less space) Counting as 10 1065 I think

Just a trowel, coat and several pairs of glasses and sunglasses to find in unexpected places.Drilling update, not as much done as expected but breaking for lunch now and going for afternoon tea later. Tomorrow’s another day.Vx8 -
Didn’t get much decluttering done during the week as work always gets in the way. But today managed to:
recycle soft plastic
recycle tetra packs
return 2 unwanted tops
donate 2 perfectly good tops - nice tops but I never wear them.
I actually ordered 4 tops, so keeping 2, returning 2 & donation 2 doesn’t really qualify as decluttering but I guess comes under the the ‘1 in / 1 out’ mantra & I think the 2 I’ve kept will get worn & so earn their keep more.
Most of the rest of the weekend will probably be taken up with watching the Athletics World Champs.9
