1. Write a daily To Do list - only 5 tasks
2. Deal with Old Frogs & potential frogs ASAP but at least one on FROG Fridays.
3. Reduce/Restrict time watching TV and playing AB2 during daylight hours 😉
4. Continue to keep kitchen clean & tidy - before going to bedTuesday has been a dry & quite sunny day. One of the girls in the rented house next door mowed our front lawn when mowing hers 👏 I cooked up the chicken carcass to make stock for my next soup. Then DH & I spent several hours in the garage after he came back from a Tip run. A very successful tidying & decluttering session 👏🙂 resulting in lots of bits & pieces (incl. old paint brushes, dried out wipes, ruined gloves, tins of unusable paint & 2 old brake discs 😱) being binned or put in Tip pile + 5 cardboard boxes & a plastic sweetie tin. DH also has a clear worktop 🙂 & I swept the floor. Bike has been loaded for one of two Tip runs tomorrow 😉 Dinner was oven baked sausages, mash, chopped tomatoes & baked beans 😋 Wudupa still to be done ☹️394 - 403 Kitchen recycling, 5 cardboard boxes, drinks cans, 2 plastic bottles, plastic sweetie tin - recycled
404 - 406 Kitchen, lr & office detritus - binned
407 - 455 items including brake discs, paint pots, old brushes etc - for Tip or bin

614. Sorted some financial arrangements with DS
I am going to stop counting my Lent days here - I've been reading about Lenten practices (I'm really new to this) and apparently it's not the done thing to tell people what you are doing - I guess it's so as not to advertise your piety. In my case it wasn't about showing piety - I was just posting to stay strong as I'm finding it a real struggle. But now I've read that it doesn't feel right to continue recording them.
Have a good day everyone ☀️

What a rainy day after so much glorious sunshine yesterday. I travelled to Manchester yesterday and was expecting to feel exhausted to day but its yet to hit me.
Had a lovely lunch and mooch with son3, bought him some trousers and top and myself a hat and a T-shirt i really love but then panic bought 3 things without trying them on, lesson learned, I didn’t need them, they weren’t on my list so I've made extra work for Son3 as I’ll have to send them back to him to return.- 15 LOL accessories over to son!s house
- 2 items to charity shop
- 1 fancy paper bag recycled as a gift bag
Also 14 things onto eDay.
I’m listening to Swedish Death Cleaning as I declutter, it is inspiring and certainly making me think about my stuff and who who will be responsible for it after me, well worth a listen. Xx

@TC77 it’s early days please be gentle with yourself. The TLC carriage has just received a nice big massage chair to relax in whilst enjoying your me time. Then pour a little or large amount of your favourite tipple and watch the sunset. There are lots of hugs in there so help yourself.Focus on contribution instead of the impressiveness of consumption to see the true beauty in people.12

Morning all, just as DD isolation is coming to end up, I turn positive. Frustrating but was inevitable really. I feel OK so will use the time productively to plant seeds, a good time up and hopefully this will lead to a decluttering. Will tackle a small job or area at the time and list my progress so don't lose momentum or overwhelm myself.
Off to put a wash on to get out on the line. Frosty but gorgeous blue skies here.11 -
Hi & hugs to those who are struggling with health or worries.
Yesterday I went for a walk & Iater I handed in 6 items to CS - from a shelf in spare room my running total is 14 +6 now 20
Happy with that
