Congtatulations @charlies_tribe
Lol re dress @vulpix. Reminds me of when I answered the door in a sheet and got locked out. I will take care. Amazing transformation with the door
@nannywindow It was a 2nd hand frame bought montks ago. In bits when we picked it up. I can do the legs with two wedges of wood, the bolts are sorted and the two slats I have left out at the ends so its a reasonably solid bed. I need a matress now but it can wait a bit.
Up late because the cat is still out. Today was a productive day. I sorted out all the pots of plants on the shelves down the side of the house and all the trays of pots and plants which I had over wintered nearby. Very pleased with the survival rate.
I have 3 dozen plants for the charity shop tomorrow. The pots were gifted, teh compost home made and the bulbs, grape hyscinth, harvested from my own over full garden last autumn.
I have also got a selection of plants on a pallet for my Sisters partner. I didn't go this week because I was sore, tired or busy and then he didn't feel very well. It will have to be when I come back now.
DH and I go on holiday tomorrow for a week in Wales so will try and pop in when I have a wifi signal.

Made it through the week - driving one roommate to work each day, played with new husky and tried brushing him daily, feeding cats and miscellaneous cleaning combined with taking several people to appointments, working in the Family History Center three nights, and getting ready for our book sale in between. The Book Sale for this month is now done. We made $370 (about 280 pounds) during our 5 hour sale. Next month we will be doing a two-day sale. It has also been hot this week - several days were over 30 degrees Celsius (and we haven't finished winter yet).10

926-939: 14 GB data deleted.
Confined to barracks with Covid for at least 6 days: negative on Wednesday's test for work, negative for Thursday's test, positive on Friday morning. Test again next week, need 2 negatives (and to feel well enough...) before I can return to work. So we'll see how that goes.

Morning everybody.
Popping in to say that yesterday all I did was get rid of kitchen rubbish and recycling.
Did a shift at the charity shop but didn't buy anything. So nothing fetched in. We have had some lovely sunny days here and quite envious of people working in their gardens. First floor flat/no garden :-(
Promised myself that I'll give the bedroom a good "do".
Speak later.
take care.

Bit by bit. I am impressed that you locked yourself out whilst just wearing a sheet. 🤣 You picked lovely weather for a holiday. Enjoy.Short bird I hope you don’t feel too poorly and can use your time to have a good rest.Ilovetea If you are overcome with the gardening urge, you are welcome here. I have a large task on my hands to make a garden at the back of the house and 2 at the side of the house. If that’s not enough for me there is the unadopted land with the stream to have a go at. I have decided to have a white and green garden at the back. A pink and purple garden at the side and the other one will have sheds n bins! I need a builder first though.Granny Kate, I feel your pain with the builder. It is worth the wait for a good guy though. Could be applied to many circumstances that!😂
Time flies weenancy, your book sales come round very quickly. Hmm time flies except for builders. 😂Today I will tend the many pots at the front of the house. They contain plants I brought from the last house.Enjoy the weekend folks. Vx:12 -
Bit by Bit sorry I got the wrong end of the stick re the bed, seems you are more than capable to fix it though. Enjoy your holiday. I'm in Wales so feel free to give me a knock and I'll put the kettle on ☕
Vulpix you are quite welcome to my builder but not until he's finished here though. This job has been ongoing since October and it's not even that much, he said it would only take 2 weeks !
Have a good day all, hope you have the sun 🌞
nanFailure is simply the opportunity to begin again, but this time more intelligently9 -
1. Write a daily To Do list - only 5 tasks
2. Deal with Old Frogs & potential frogs ASAP but at least one on FROG Fridays.
3. Reduce/Restrict time watching TV and playing AB2 during daylight hours 😉
4. Continue to keep kitchen clean & tidy - before going to bedFriday was another lovely sunny day but still chilly. DH went to sm to pick up some soft drinks & my missing magazine & the missing lacto free milk for my DSis. Magazine still missing but “Two outta three ain’t bad” to quote Meatloaf 😂 I did 3 full loads of washing & managed to get 2 loads partially line dried. Didn’t risk leaving out overnight so brought in
Hm soup for lunch with crusty bread - a bit more oomph 🙂 Dinner was chicken & mushroom risotto with enough lo to make risotto cakes for another night. Wudupa.
Saturday is another bright, sunny day with a stiff breeze so all 3 loads of washing are hung out on the whirligig 🙂
473 - 478 Kitchen recycling, 2 newspapers, paper packaging, glass wine bottle, brochure - recycled
479 Kitchen detritus binnedvulpix, how lovely of the roofers to sing Happy Birthday 🎈 The painting is going well & the door & frame are looking good 👍 Love the tray of marbles 😉
nannywindow, have to say that having a good builder is worth his weight in gold or should that be oil in today’s world 😂 Shame that he is so forgetful 😉 Great work in the garden & your lemonade with ice cream float sounds delicious 😋 Thanks for the lovely hug 🤗
Excellent decluttering roundtuit 👏 Two of my favourite biscuits 🙂Good for you EnergyShifter - taking Fridays off work gives you an extended weekend & a better life/work balance 👏 Well done to your DS 👏

Evening All, this covid now feels like a head cold and a sinus infection. Have taken it much easier today. I have deleted 1600 emails and filled a carrier bag from sorting out the wardrobe for charity and rags. Managed to dry a load on the line and already folded and away. Dinner of Chicken fajitas been demolished, OH did the dishes.
I am going to relax on sofa and attempt to sew my easter bunting. DD asked for some so I'm hand sewing it and making it only from material and craft supplies we have in the house.
