Evening everyone!Today we tidied up 2 x sheds. The ‘doing shed’ and the ‘storage shed’. The ‘doing shed’ houses the power tools, garden tools, paint and painting stuff etc.
The ‘storage shed’ currently has the Christmas deccies (loft is empty as one day we will convert it), extra cleaning products and extraneous stuff that we really need to use up (e.g stationery) plus the exercise bike and mini trampoline. We did find some more bits to go go go. Quite tempted to put them out by the gate tomorrow in hopes that we have some takers.Decluttered the chicken into the slow cooker as it was it’s use by date today. That’ll get used up in sarnies and dinner. Also made bang bang cauliflower which was lush even if I keep forgetting the new dried chillies are extra hot!Tomorrow is garden decluttering……✒️ Declutter 2025👗 Fashion on the Ration 2025 61/66 coupons (5 coupons silver boots)✒️Declutter 2024 🏅🏅🏅(DSis 🏅🏅)

@florianatwobob love the idea and organisation of having a 'doing' and a 'storage; shed, and @vulpix do love the idea of sorting the house in a long orange frock! I used to have a friend who was always 'dressed' for washing up etc, and looked more elegant than my 'going out' clothes..
forgot to count my tooth 426 and counting items in CS bag so I don't have to take out and count again, 436 and sorted a few receipts 437, and email and photos for complaint frog. Sorry been reading but not taking in posts but will be more with it tomorrow.8 -

1. Write a daily To Do list - only 5 tasks
2. Deal with Old Frogs & potential frogs ASAP but at least one on FROG Fridays.
3. Reduce/Restrict time watching TV and playing AB2 during daylight hours 😉
4. Continue to keep kitchen clean & tidy - before going to bedSaturday stayed bright & sunny but with a chilly wind & a steep drop in temperature after the sun went down 🥶 All the washing dried on the whirligig including the jeans. DH & I finished the hm soup for lunch - the chilli definitely perked it up 🙂 Dealt with Friday’s frog - paid cc bill & checked accounts, dealt with paperwork including filing. Dinner was risotto cakes with lettuce (which had lasted over 2 weeks 🥳) Wudupa.480 - 483 Kitchen recycling, drinks cans, newspaper, brochure - recycled

I have returned from my Scotland break - we had a lovely time - quite mild most of the time and only had to dodge a few rain showers. Visited some places I had not been and took lots of photos for my family history records. At the third attempt (cancelled 2020 and 2021) we scattered late DH's ashes at his favourite place in his home country. We had visited the area many times together and with children and grandchildren. I am glad that is done - we talked about it in his last weeks. I need time to catch up on everyone's news so will read posts later this week. Lovely day yesterday so all the washing done, dried outside and put away.

The garden declutter has commenced……Two large, frost damaged beyond repair/living with, terracotta pots broken up and turned into crocks for other pots. One old crate converted into a pot for salad leaves. Some of the newly made crocks are lining the bottom and seeds are now sown.Small bay plant repotted into a bigger empty pot. I suspect it’s old pot may also end up as crocks in the near future.2 bags of compost used up. One in the salad box the other into the propagators trays and a selection of seeds sown. DSis is quite understanding about the windowsills in the house currently being occupied with prospective seedlings. She hasn’t the patience for seeds so leaves that to me.Xmas pressie of a chilli seed growing kit has been sown (it came with a funky red Fire bucket planter).DBro has been commissioned to manfully eat his way through lollies for me so I can repurpose the sticks as plant labels. He obviously finds this contribution to my plant growing very trying…….
DSis has decluttered some of the violets. They grow exceptionally well and need to be kept in check. These violets originated with Mrs Pilsworth, one of my mum’s ‘little old ladies’. When Mrs P died the people who moved into her house tried to remove all the violets however there is still one little clump by the gate that has defied them for the last 30+ years. Every time I see them I smile and think about Mrs Pilsworth.
I hope everyone has been able to enjoy this lovely weekend!✒️ Declutter 2025👗 Fashion on the Ration 2025 61/66 coupons (5 coupons silver boots)✒️Declutter 2024 🏅🏅🏅(DSis 🏅🏅)
