Nervous but excited for the valuation.I am so pleased this is just plan A, if the valuation doesn’t match the value the mortgage advisor put in then we have other options and if we do run out of options then we can revisit the applications in the the summer.I just hope the valuation comes back quickly so I can stop obsessing and trying to create plans M, N, O and P

2024 SAVINGS FOCUS - get rid of the car finance. £12,706.25 PAID OFF
2025 Savings Focus - 33.3/33.3/33.3 split; savings for house renovations (bathrooms/garden/kitchen; whichever collapses first), save for a family holiday (probably our last one!) and paydown/offset the mortgage. Total pot = £3275.885 -

I am shattered. I am still waiting to hear from the mortgage company after the valuation, which is frustrating and a little draining.
The kids are exhausting and really dragging me down
