  • I am shattered. I am still waiting to hear from the mortgage company after the valuation, which is frustrating and a little draining.
    The kids are exhausting and really dragging me down :(
    Hey, from a lurker, your doing amazing & from someone without kids (I think) that’s their job 😉 keep putting one front in door of the other, and if you can do that then your winning! The valuation will be what it will be, try and be positive and deal with the outcome when you have it x
