I saw some nice scarves yesterday. I did pick a couple up but it isn't really scarf weather so I didn't buy either of them.
I went to the Re:loved store on Leigh Road. It is like a boutique so it is very pricy but I did still buy a few things.
I got a navy long Principles dress, a Wallis tunic dress, a Ted Baker bag, a little penguin statue made from Isle of Wight glass, a sunflower candle and a rose quartz necklace. Not a bargain exactly as it was about £45, but the Ted Baker bag would have been about £35 new.4 -

A bargain at a boot sale yesterday - a new pair of Trekmates walking gaiters for £1 - they retail at about £20. My current, similar, pair have had a few repairs but still have a bit of life left so these will be stored until the existing ones fail.7

@AlwaysAllie - I used to love wearing gaiters when out walking. Much more comfortable than waterproof trousers which otherwise are essential if you are walking through long wet grass.
Love the birdfeeder too!!
I'm reminded by your faux leather cord of shocking my friends once by saying my OH had bought me a leather thong. It was a long strip of leather - like your cord - and where I'm from they were always called thongs. As opposed to the type of underkegs they were thinking of which were called G-strings. (which makes me wonder if people who play guitar were ever confused by that term.....)

A couple of inexpensive finds this week. An M & S dark purple 100% cotton sweater BNWT, (size S so I think t may be menswear but the shoulders are in the right place and sleeves not tooooo long). 99p in the St Gemma's Hospice Shop, original price on tag £25. A Fenwicks black leather belt with a ring & bar fastening, lovely quality and looks unworn, £1 in the Community chazza.
At the end of last week in the BHF shop in Otley they had a beoootiful handbag on display in the 'Special Goodsl' cabinet with a price tag of £70 on it but without a description re maker/style etc. I recognised it as a 'Mulberry' Willow as I have a similar larger version myself but have always wished I'd bought the smaller version as it's soooo heavy. I was sorely tempted but something told me it wasn't quite right so I found a wifi hotspot and did a bit of Googling and could not find a similar Mulberry bag in exactly the same type of leather or hardware. Have done more research since and I'm almost 100% sure it was a fake. Floating through the shop again this week and the bag has been sold....I do hope someone didn't buy it thinking it was genuine!! Don't know what it is about BHF shops but I've often seen obvious Mulberry and Celine fakes on sale at high prices. To be fair they are never described under the brand name but it still seems a bit of a con for the unwary!7
