Mmmm if I had brogues I would do. They’re on my wish list…. I wore em today with a polo neck and dm shoes. They’re lovely and warm, silk lined to the knee. They both are 😊Bring on the cold now!I removed the shell from my racing snail, but now it's more sluggish than ever.5

I couldn't find my husband any boots at all. The three charity shops I went in only had men's smart work shoes.
I bought myself three winter hats instead. One purple, one white with a pom pom (both brand new) and a pink Top Shop hat that I need to wash. I also quickly popped in after my flu jab and bought my dog three more teddies. My husband said the purple one looked like a tea cosy! I will still wear it if gets cold.6 -

They're plain black with a wee buckle on the side. I bought them years ago for work (in a bar/restaurant) when I was on my feet for lots of hours and doing a lot of miles a day. There's not a mark on em - quality always showsI removed the shell from my racing snail, but now it's more sluggish than ever.5

I bought a lovely Per Una cream fleece with contrasting bit at the neck and mis-matched buttons.
I thought it was Joules when I first saw it.
Unsure whether this will be worn out or in the house.

Ooh nice. I'd wear that outdoors 'til it's beyond any more washing, then it's indoorsI removed the shell from my racing snail, but now it's more sluggish than ever.4

Popped up to Aldi this morning for a mooch - OH does the main shop at Tesco.
Called at hospice shop to drop a few things off and saw this Mountain Warehouse 80% down/20% feather coat. Very clean and tidy.
Double ended zip, detachable hood.
It had to be mine for £15.00.
£199 full price on their website.
Isla II Womens Long Down Jacket | Mountain Warehouse GB
And a lovely silk scarf that I think has been hand painted.
My friend loves poppies and I'll carefully wash and iron it and gift it to her for Christmas.
Slightly expensive (imho) at £5.00 but I know she'll love it and wear it.
And the answer is 'no', Brie - before you ask.
And from Age Concern, a George pinafore dress in dark purple needlecord with pale and dark pink flowers and patch pockets. £3.50.8 -
