Could you repurpose the furs  into a lining , for example , for a throw or a coat? Actually real fur nowadays might well pass as fake fur- the fake stuff is so realistic.
Actually I’m a bit squeamish about wearing or even touching it myself now  :s.  I just want someone to take it off my hands!!  Tried offering it to the wardrobe depts of our local theatres and to animal rescue centres, (was told they use real fur for comforting young orphaned animals) but no takers so I keep taking it out of the wardrobe, checking it over, sighing and shoving it back again……12 years of this routine now  :#
I'm with you on the squeamish front but they seem to sell quite well on eBay - would it be worth selling on there and donating the proceeds to an animal charity?
I have tried this but there was no interest sadly.  Thanks for the thought though.
  • That is a nice coat, good shape. I was looking at that cute panda behind the coat. I used to have a teddy like that.:)

    Aw thanks.
The panda is Mummy & baby.
I bought it from the panda sanctuary in Chengdu, China.

I found this overcoat for OH in Mind for £10.00.
The pockets are still stitched up and the back pleat is too.
And this glass for my sister. It feels really nice in your hand. £1.50 local hospice.
    Wow, excellent buys there 👍
