You get informed there's a bill ready (and you should be able to see the total amount) but the PDF with detail isn't usually available until the following day (or possibly much later the same day).  Quite why they work that way and why they can't get the detail available at the same time (like most other energy supplier) is any ones guess.

Yes, it's showing now. It was "ready to view" but not ready to view. Only the amount.
Now it shows the full bill pdf.

Initially on budget plan as that was all that was offered automatically and was late to set that up . I know I can contact them to perhaps go whole billing later. What I have noticed is for the last single day of the bill period the kwh rate is lower?
    15 Dec 21 - 26 Jan 22 kwh rate =4.20
    Jan 22 - 27 Jan 22 kwh rate = 3.97

Interesting as I've given meter readings @ month ends but no sign of a bill being raised yet.

I lose track as also ex Neon Reef now BG which this may also apply to but there was a deadline to get the DD set up
otherwise after initial takeover period we would be charged extra for non DD bill payments.
Maybe  this day was the point the lower DD rate kicks in but I thought we were initially reassured that we would not pay a higher rate for  cash/cheque type payments due to takeover so the higher early rate doesn't make sense there.

Anybody had any adjustment to their account yet to credit back the difference between the non DD tariff charged initially and the DD tariff that should have been charged from supply date if a DD was set up by 31 Jan?  I'm guessing not and we will have to wait for our next bills before we see whether they do it or not.  Supposedly my next bill is due on 16th so not long to wait if that is the case,

My bill is due on the 25th-ish, so I guess you'll know before I do!

TL;DR: Still haven't a clue.  (Deliberately ambiguous, I haven't a clue whether they've refunded the overcharge, and EDF haven't a clue about anything at all.)  httpimagesdigitalspycoukforumsmiliesrolleyesgif
On 28 January EDF asked for meter readings for 27 January and 23 March (sic).  I sent an adjusted reading and they promised a bill within five working days.  Nothing happened.
I phoned today and they generated a bill.  That's triggered a new balance (so I now have two at the same time) but still no bill that I can see.  They warned that it might still take another day or two.
Still no news about whether they'll increase their SoLR rates on 1 April or wait for six months to elapse, but I'm not optimistic.
