So, I got £6 credit today. I already got the SC / wrong unit rate credit (£3) and compensation (£15) because I ended up complaining to a real person on the phone. I had actually made an error in my calculations as I thought they were owe me £8. I felt a bit silly when I realised my mistake, as for £3, was it worth the stress of dealing with a clueless human droid agent?

     Good, I'm £21 up :D:smiley:

I think everything is order for me now. Well, as long as they charge me correctly at 31st March! I guess they have done what they said, even if it was an agonising process for us lot. HHm, well, I suppose they can still charge for the 4-15th DEC SC I would owe them. Maybe expect that tomorrow as a debit.

I always feel better when irritating loose ends are tied up.

I've also got £4.70 today..... but as yet I have no bill to see if their calculation is correct or not... I'm off to a supplier who does half-decent monthly statements as soon as I get a bill, 'coz only half-decent will be a massive improvement over EDF ;)

I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple :D

I too have the credit today. I assume my next bill from EDF will explain this credit, the credit from Zog, and the debit for the missing period...

I've also had a mysterious credit and my zog credit. Still no first bill and no clue as to when I'll get one. It looks like changing to variable direct debit flicked a switch to never create a bill.

£8.81 credited here which I had calculated should be £6.51. The mystery bill adjustment was spot on for the unbilled period albeit being charged by both Zog and EDF for Dec 4th.

I got an additional small credit on 19th, no details as to what that was for after my zog credit came in on 17th.  No bill generated yet, says not due so I suspect I wont find out till bill in June where hopefully it will provide details of what the credits were for.

I left EDF on 5 Jan.  My Zog credit was creditted on 17 March and a cheque issued the same day.  No alteration has been made for the 5 - 15 Dec.

I did receive a leaving bill for the 15 Dec to 5 Jan, which I paid seperately.
Did you request a cheque payment for your Zog credit balance? I am in a very similar situation. I left EDF on the 3rd Jan due to a house move, had my final EDF bill end of January which I paid off. Zog credit payment was added to my old EDF account on the 17th March at a loss now on how to claim this credit?

Cheque was sent automatically for me. Have a look in your account under "My bills and payment". There's a section called "Past activity" and the credit then refund should be listed there.

I just need to decide now what to do. I am for sure not sticking with Edf. Its support and billing is awful and never seen such incompetence with a supplier but looking around there is hardly any choice but the big five who all have issues because they have a monopoly on the market. Only wish government would nationalise the energy sector and get rid of these cowboys.
