My bill adjustment amount is spot on for non DD rate plus SC for 4th Dec which I believe was already included in the Zog final bill.

Just need to work out what they owe for the non DD refund. Edit: £6.51

I had something very similar. It would make sense if this were a charge for the missing days (5th-15th Dec).  

But it’s pretty bad that they haven’t provided an accurate breakdown of this “bill adjustment”

The EDF Welcome to Zog customers web page has not been updated since the 1st March. However at the bottom it does say this

Your final Zog bill

• We'll send you a bill from 4 December* onwards and if you stayed with us, we'll add this to your EDF account. If you have left EDF, then we'll be in touch. 

NB The asterisk * is mine.

There is also a link in a blue panel in the web 'Bills and Payments' and download section that says 'Why have you replaced my bill?'. So naturally I was expecting an explanation - however the page that the link takes you to is entirely irrelevant to this particular situation!

Contacted EDF on chat to query bill adjustment added to recent bill. The amount is for period 4 Dec to 15 Dec and was charged at higher unit rate. You have to add the bill adjustment amount to the corresponding VAT amount to get total. I queried the use of the higher rate, as the lower DD rate should be applied, and they are applying a credit for not charging the lower rate, only a few pounds but if they have thousands of SOLR customers then their shareholders will benefit and not us. They also emailed a new bill to cover 4 Dec to 15 Dec. The credit has not appeared yet!

This seems like a complete b**lsup to me.

Like others, I'm in a similar situation this morning.

A bill adjustment of £24.40 for the period 04/12 to 15/12 - but based on my calculations, I only need to pay c£5 for that period. Something isn't right. Will contact them now by Whatsapp and ask for a breakdown.

Have also been charged the higher rate for the period before i set up Direct Debit.

I could not log onto EDF yesterday.  It makes out you have the password wrong which is infuriating.  
However clearly they were doing 1000s of all these Zog clearups.
I got my first statement this morning.
I also have the mystery some periods at 4.032p & others at 3.819p per unit.   SC also 1 day at 24.87p & 14 at 29.31p !!
They have a meter reading for 29th December  but have not used any since.
This ties in I suppose with it being an "Annual Statement" for 2021

So I am now at £260.49 in Credit with no gas billed since 29th December.

Can you now proceed to push the system into giving you an actual live statement ? 

Or is leaving before end of 2022 the only way to know where you really stand (without a manual calculation).

so finally got through on the chat - was told that a bill will be generated in 24/48 hours (now I don't know if that's real hours or EDF hours lol), with DD payment taken 14 days later... and it's starting from 15th Dec.

like others here, Zog credit has now arrived and matches the Zog amount - so now just waiting on the 15 Dec - 10 Mar bill and then the bill for the dead zone between Zog going bust and starting with EDF.

I can feel myself getting nostalgic for the simplicity of just receiving a monthly PDF from Zog.

Hi all,

For me, I have received my credit back but no bill, no adjustment etc, DD is exactly the same, nothing looks any different other than Credit being added to account. Still says first bill not due yet..
