    Another day talking to edf energy about my missing credit and another day to get fobbed off. Kindly gave ten pounds compensation just enough to put to boil an egg given the prices.

    I just think the whole transfer has been a total shambles and suspect edf are playing games with people's credits.

    All I know is PfP energy closed in September.  The Credit has only just been credited by British Gas.  Neon Reef closed November.  I am still waiting on this credit.  Zog closed in December and I am still waiting.  Therefore I can't see what EDF is doing wrong particularly, given my experience so far.

    They’re doing nothing wrong. People just like to moan because they think they should be prioritised above all others & think failed energy companies pass on millions in credits that they just sit on to earn interest.

Today's CS agent said they'd generate a new bill dated today. I'm not sure how they'll do that as they didn't ask for a meter reading and I don't know if that will replace the one from the 27th or whether it will just cover the last 11 days ...
    EDF continues to plumb new depths. If there was anywehere to move to (and if they'd sorted out my Zog credit) I'd move.

    Seeing as you’re with Octopus for electricity you could ask them if they’ll switch your gas to Flexible Octopus. They were happy to do this for me.

    They may not be doing anything wrong with the SoLR process but they are generally inept. They sent me a bill for 15th Dec to 11th Jan for nearly £1000 because they'd completely made up the readings (0 and 256). They refused to change it (even though it was clearly incorrect) until I sent them photos of the meter itself. They had the readings that I had sent them and these correlated well with Zog's readings, so this should never had happened.
