    What are goal stopper foods?
    Chocolate, sweets, crisps, cake. They bust my budget - about a third of my 'food' spend and wreck SW diet.

    Not had the best day. Was emotional at work - but the right people were supportive...

    Tomorrow's another day. Cleaner due which will be nice. New FF arrives in the afternoon. I've moved over the food I'm keeping. Still need to clean it in the morning and clear a path. Was just mentally exhausted today.
