Dumb question-but the letter I received doesn't say where the payment is made. Would you say I call Gladstones solicitors or does it need to be paid via the court?0

On the original claim form (N1) it should give a name and address for sending documents and paying - if that is Gladstones, yes call and pay over the phone, make sure you ask for a receipt (sorry if that is obvious!)4
