We are also told Hertford is 24 miles away and it's 2½hrs to get there.1 -

Have just received a response by email.
I emailed them as advised yesterday and linked in my previous emails to them plus reattached my medical letter. I have had a response basically just ignoring everything I said and sending me the address of Hertford Magistrates Court.
Have been trying all morning to call.
I have a medical appt now but will try again straight after.

Just received this email response
" District Judge White has reviewed your email and enclosures. He has directed the case to remain as an attended hearing tomorrow".
Also received the pack of their evidence etc from Gladstones in the post (one day before the hearing!). They basically say my defence is all from the internet and copied/pasted and i clearly dont have a clue to be able to defend myself.
Feel awful and so discriminated against.
I wont be attending tomorrow so what will be will be:(
i truly appreciate all your help and feel that this has just let your services down0
