Email the court now and phone the number given after 9am and see if it works
You can also try ringing by changing the last numbers to 16/17 etc etc

I will do this now and explain the predicament.

Plus make sure you point them to read your last email.  You have already evidenced your vulnerable status and travelling to a face to face hearing is beyond anything your medical advisers would say you should be doing.

A video hearing with your Mum as a lay rep to speak for you/sit with you is bad enough but this sudden switch to having to travel and attend in person is just unfair and unjust treatment of a known vulnerable person.

However you do NOT accept a decision in your absence, you want to try to (or want your mum to) put your point across and be heard. These parking firms walk all over defendants if cases are heard on the papers and you refuse to be a victim of that.

I find it really odd that have sent this in a letter. There is a postal strike! 
As mentioned previously they sent an email a few days ago but there was no attachment to it. I responded immediately to it. I put URGENT / the case number and date of hearing in the email header. I stated there was no attachment to their email. I received no response.

They have moved it. I don't know why. It was meant to be an online hearing. I don't understand the workings of it all but the fact it gives you an option of requesting your local court at the beginning of this process makes me even more confused!
