Gladstone/ AM parking services LTD CLAIM FORM
I have received a claim form from Northampton County court. issue date 9.11.21.
The particulars of claim states
" the driver of the vehicle with registration xxxxxxx parked in breach of the terms of parking stipulated on the signage on 01/01/2017 thus incurring the parking charge."
The parking company is AM Parking Solutions LTD and they are using Gladstones solicitors.
I can honestly say i have no recollection of what this is for other than i recognise the address as the place i lived when i was at uni. I recall the parking around there was for either 30 or 60 mins only.As this was so long ago i am unable to travel there to check this. I also no longer have the car (it was scrapped)
Following the advice i can see on here i logged into the MCOL site and registered my A.O.S on 14.11.21. ( from what i can work out this gives me until the 12.12.21 to submit my defence.
*I think my next step is to urgently send a SAR request to the parking company ( by email and in the post-recorded delivery). I no longer have the legal papers for the car but can send a copy of my phone bill and bank statement.
*I also need to send the CPR form to gladstones.
Am i on the right track?

Dear Sir or Madam
I am making a Subject access request ( Data Protection Act 2018 / General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) ).
****name and address*****
Please supply the data about me that I am entitled to under data protection law relating to myself. I would like all data you hold about myself. I specifically request copies of all photos taken and all letters sent and received, including any appeal correspondence earlier. I also request all evidence you will rely on and a full copy of the PCN/NOK.
As a reminder any claim must be for all PCNs, not several claims so I therefore request a list of all PCNS outstanding against me.
If you need any more data from me to confirm my identity please let me know as soon as possible. It may be helpful for you to know that data protection law requires you to respond to a request for data within one calendar month.
If you do not normally deal with these requests, please pass this letter to your Data Protection Officer, or relevant staff member. If you need advice on dealing with this request, the Information Commissioner’s Office can assist you. Its website is ico.org.uk or it can be contacted on 0303 123 1113.
Yours faithfully

Almost right but a Defence filing deadline will never be on a Sunday.laurenjo12 said:I have received a claim form from Northampton County court. issue date 9.11.21.
I logged into the MCOL site and registered my A.O.S on 14.11.21. ( from what i can work out this gives me until the 12.12.21 to submit my defence. With a Claim Issue Date of 9th November, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 13th December 2021 to file your Defence.
That's over three weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.1 -
Thankyou for your speedy reply. I will send the SAR and CPR immediately. (I hope the info they send back to me will enlighten me as to what i did wrong so i can figure out my defence).
I have screenshot and printed out my bank statement and phonebill-do you think that will be ok as i dont have paper copies and will be delayed if i wait for them to post them out to me? I note i have been advised not to send passport or driving licence and so these are the only 2 things i can provide with the name and address on0 -
But you have a County Court Claim Form with you name and address on it don't you?
That would be perfect proof of your name and address.
I would remove these words from that SAR template...
If you need any more data from me to confirm my identity please let me know as soon as possible.
No point in giving them an excuse to delay things.2 -
Read these and complain to your MP
https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.gladstonessolicitors.co.uk
https://www.sra.org.uk/consumers/register/organisation/?sraNumber=559050
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1 -
ah yes you are right. great ill provide that.thankyou0

with regards to complaining to the MP, probably a dumb question but i assume that would be the MP that covers the area i got the ticket in(uni address) and not my home address?1
-
No, as stated, your MP.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1

Email sent to MP1

MP has replied and said they won't get involved in these issues and I should have responded when I first got the ticket.
I'm really worried as my defense is due very soon but I havent received any response to my SAR or CPR.There is no way I can write a defence if I don't know what the charge is for!0
