  • Thankyou all so much. I sent the email.
I felt so deflated earlier but right now I feel very angry.
The system has failed me.i have re read the statement gladstones sent me. It is insulting. I guess one way to look at is that they fear these type of forums and the advice it gives!
I will update you on the outcome.
    Thanks again

Hopefully the judge will strike the claim out on the late witness statement
  • Should of asked yesterday- how do you think they will inform me of the outcome? Email or letter?

Pedant alert but it is important to make sure you use correct spelling and grammar especially if you are sending documents to a court!
  • No I still haven't heard the outcome. I assumed this was due to the royal mail strikes and very slow post but I'm now questioning that.
If I don't receive a letter by next week I will email the court to chase it up.
  • To update-i still haven't heard:( I have emailed twice and spent long periods of time on hold trying to get through to the court with no success  I have email acknowledgements from the court so if I get accused of not paying a fine at least I will have proof I tried to find out the outcome of the hearing. Any advice welcome.
