Nothing actually to do with you, more so what GLADSTONES are doing
Gladstones have been hit by the court spanking stick so often, a judge with any sense will know this
The point now is will Gladstones appear .... will they employ an expensive rent by the hour rep who is clueless ??? I think the court fully understands this.
Unlike the famous discontinue legal you see on here being DCBL, Gladstones don't do this, they just accept a court spanking and your costs ?
£95 on court costs will help your Xmas and if your mum acts as a lay rep, using a good crib sheet, Gladstones are easy meat to get the court spanking whip out,0 -

I suggest you email
enquiries.watford.countycourt@justice.gov.uk and mark the email as urgent and explain the issue and ask for it to be looked at on receipt

Send an email as @Grizebeck suggested and make sure the word URGENT together with the Claim Number is included in the email title.3

01923699415 is within the number range for watford county court (no promises) so try that in that and see if you can get through to listings

Email the court now and phone the number given after 9am and see if it works
You can also try ringing by changing the last numbers to 16/17 etc etc2
