In para 21 you make reference to para 27 with regard to new CoP - however your para 27 does not state anything about this.

I have not incurred costs for stationary etc as its all been online.
Im not sure how to work out about other costs. I dont want to be accussed of lying.

I have got my WS ready to go with all exhibits etc attached.
The only thing i have to attach(i think!!) is the schedule of costs.
It needs to be submitted today.
I have read through lots of different experiences on here and it seems to be the advice is to put £19 an hour?
I also found this
"Cost of attending any hearing - should that be necessary - travel to and from court. Loss of earnings due to attending a hearing - capped at half a day at £95.00. Court fees - filing fee and hearing fee. Take a payslip or similar to confirm any loss of earnings."
Im thinking as I wont lose costs to travel to the hearing therefore i wont put that bit in or the bit about stationary and printing (as i havent done any)???

You have to prove unreasonable conduct by the claimant or their solicitor to have a case for your additional costs. Unless you have a really good case (and I mean REALLY good) just go with your £95 but don't forget to take a wage slip as proof of loss of earnings.2
