     today :(
    " unless the claimant does by 4pm on the 3rd November 2022 pay to the court the trail fee of £27 or file a properly completed application for help with fees then the claim will be struck out with the effect from 3.11.22"
    the hearing date is 1.12 22

    But that's when the Claimant has to pay the fee.

    i have read and reread the first 2 pages of my Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track. 
    I assumed the deadline for me was today as i cant see another date.  Oh dear it seems i have made another error:(
    where do i find that info please??

    It is all in that Notice of Allocation that you have already shown us just a few days ago.

    oh my goodness what an error to make! 
    So i must submit it 14 days before the hearing on the 1.12 22!! ive truly no idea how i got this wrong but this is the best news for me.
