I will try today but I don't think they will do something. 

Monday some signs appeared on the lookers doors with the exactly parking area, by the range 

Now when all the people get issued it is to late

Sorry just to clarify. So say you lost in court what would happen then? Theres no way you could try and get a payment plan set up? Would you have to pay the outstanding on the spot?

No, I am highlighting that you said 'you lose in court then give a sob story to the judge and work out a direct debit' and I said you can't do that.

You haven't been to court yet or lost.

And they are not fines.

Your tickets are previous to those signs going up. Speak to the gym they have to act

Oh I see what you are saying. Yes indeed but I was only speculating a worse case scenario if someone was to lose in front of the judge. Hypothetically speaking

I would definitely ring the gym as they emailed me Friday and took down all the info of my 3 PCN’s issued up to now and are in contact with the land owners. I think they have now recently received so many complaints they are having to try do something about it !! Hence the reason they have now just put up correct parking place on the lockers like you have mentioned.

Hence the reason they have now just put up correct parking place on the lockers like you have mentioned. I have now cancelled my gym membership I refuse to give my money to these people!
