I opened the Ultimate Reward account and requested the switch on the 5th.noh said:

The switch should complete on the 15th. I have had the text message to confirm that.
The £125 incentive payment was paid today 5 days before the completion of the switch.

I've tried about 5 times over two days but it doesn't seem to want to do it for some reason. I tried to call Halifax but it disconnected as apparently their call volume is too high.

My switch is due to complete on the 16th and the "Incentive" was credited earlier today.

Halifax often has "technical problems". Then when you try the same thing again, it's working fine.
