.....yeah, pretty much, it was 12 or 13. Bbelle may remember, she amended the chart and may or may not have thought "Oh my god".
Yup, I can confirm it was a 12lb gain for Ajax, Victory. Nah, I didn't bat an eyelid Ajax - I just thought good on you: you've had a great time and now your focusing again without stressing.
Well done Hannah and Dragon - that's fab and well deserved.
Missyg - what if anymore loss comes off your boobs:eek: . Curves is good :D
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

suggs you are cheeky:rotfl: :rotfl: :D

It is true what has been said about being hell bent on being one specific weight number and not freaking out if it does not read that number exactly because of water, fluctuations, loads of really valid reasons but for me easier said than done, any gain in my own view is seen as   , roll on tomorrow:D

Thanks for all the support guys, much appreciated.

I have been keeping a food diary the past week and today I left it at home (I'm at work, I should be working but don't tell anyone, hehe). It really makes a difference to jot everything down. Today I have not been able to and I've been having pringles and biscuits, all sorts. Not a very good start to week number 2.

Never mind, start from scratch tomorrow.

Well done, Dragon. You beat me!

    HB x

Hannah, you can start from scratch now - a bad 1st half of the day doesn't mean the rest of it needs to be wrecked:D . Walk away from the pringles now:A ! Keep a food diary for today on a piece of scrap paper at work

Ajax, that line would have kept me giggling for days. Sadly, their reaction just reinforces my belief that anyone who would want to be studying any kind of science is absolutely no fun at all :P

Thanks for the good wishes folks! It shows what a week without medication can do for my weight! This also means that I am down 5.5 pounds on my pre Christmas weight (strange sight of a Dragon doing a Snoopy dance round the living room!)
