Well I'm currently playing all three (not at the same time obviously - that *would* be impressive!)... Variety and all that... ;) Seriously, the sooner the coach on this team lets us start teaching real rugby to the newbies the better! We started teaching tackling last night... First time ever for 9 out of the 12 girls there. I'm dreading moving on to working on scrums with them!!

Serious question then, how do you start playing loose head? Tackling is my and has always been a weak point for me, I was taught to play man and ball years ago, and then with all the weight piling on I never got close enough to tackle anyone. So now with the mobility, I am having to re-learnt he whole aspect of my game.

All the best for Friday though, Guiness on hand I guess?

Missyg: good plan. Theres lots of nice bras coming in that all have my name on. If only martin would create a plan so that i didnt have to buy them all, regardless of the 30 or so in my drawer already, plus the bra i cant chuck out because it was the first one my boyfriend ever saw on my body, or the first one i bought at debenhams when is started to work there, regardless of how uncomfortable it is!

I've noticed that we all seem to veering from the sublime to the ridiculous lately - we're all either eating like crazy or starving ourselves and sick with guilt. What say this is the week we all get back to an even keel and find some balance?

Hear hear, well said KPC!:T:T Back in a bit, several pages to catch up on...

lol..it true...me like HB would just start eating all sorts..be we have to be disciplined...well done BB

Dragon, so great to hear of your big loss this week! What a fab way to start your new year :D

Pixiedust, I've got the A-Z of calories booklet thingy, it seems to have just about everything in it so fire away if you'd like me to look up something for you (or several things...?) That goes for anyone else too.

Victory, so I can't interest you in joining me with my 7lb of leeway maintain weight? :p In reality it's only about 2lb either way when you consider your lightest morning weight and heaviest evening weight... (assuming I'm not a freak by gaining up to 2-3lb between morning and night). You sound confident about tomorrow, have you had a sneaky weigh? ;)

HannaB, I like Pringles too. Especially the yellow cheesy cheese ones, which you can't get any more (just as well). I have two unopened tins which I rescued from the local garage before they disappeared from shelves forever, but at 10 calories per pringle they might remain unopened...! Good luck with starting again anyway!

I had a slightly different day today, instead of eating at 3 set times, I grazed on smaller stuff more frequently. Quite enjoyed that but I don't think I'll make a habit of it. Did 20 mins on the bike at a high tension and 2 miles walking.

    Have a good evening everyone.

If it's only 10 calories per pringle, I don't feel quite so bad.;) I only had a few. Going to have nothing but veg for tea to punish...er, balance myself.

Can I ask a question....which has probably been asked a million times (sorry) but is it bad to eat late at night?

.... it's no worse to eat late at night than it is at any other time of the day. Only the amount you eat matters.

Virtually all of the evidence says that the reason eating late at night is bad for you is because it's often extra food on top of your day's allowance. If you move from eating your evening meal at 6pm to 10pm, it won't make a jot of difference to your weight loss.
