Hello Lovely Peeps :hello:
I know that it's the 6th of Jan but I'd still like to wish you all A Happy New Year  and hope that things are going great for you all and that each and everyone of you is truly back into lose weight mode :j ...
...I'm sure that we have a lot of lovely new folk here now, so may I say 'Welcome' to you all and wish you the same success that I had when I started here this time last year - I will bore you with the details later this week...
...I'm currently trying to read on from page 26 which is when when I last came here on 31/12. I've had a couple of bad things happen the last few days, I'll not bore you with the grim and gruesomes, but in true Petrichor fashion I thought it was the end of the world...
...So I'm going to have a quick read through, I hope that there are lots laughs, if not, then you can jolly well switch into 'jokemode' right now!!!:rotfl:
xxxx
ps I scoffed some (about 20) Roses chocolates and renewed my friendship with the bottle*I may or may not weigh in tomorrow...
...pps Alphonse wishes you all "A Happy New Year" too :j
xxxx
*EDIT - Per DD - For medicinal purposes only, therefore shortlived ...Nosey DD!!!heheI wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latterbut my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!

Great to see you back Pet! Hope things are a little brighter now, as is the thread now you're back! Welcome to nicky29 and any other newbies I may have missed in the last couple of days. KPC, I vaguely know where you mean, been a long time though! That tagine sounds LOVELY, OH and I are big fans after a lot of time in Morocco last year so I'll definitely check it out; it'll be my first foray into the Recipe thread!! Have meal planned for the rest of the month but I can see something getting the boot (if I don't have to buy too many new ingredients in - I have the ridiculously scary 4k challenge to think about
). Have a great eveing all, hope we all do well this week (and Victory, Ajax beats you hands down!). Noone is expecting you to lose all 5 pounds (isn't it less than that BB worked out?) this week, don't forget to be kind to yourself xx

nicky welcome:D
ajax are you sure?
Just had WW cajun chicken and it was lovely:D
Katie don't you find the WW soups are a bit too small? I buy the healthy eating from baxters range all below 250 calories for the whole can and very filling, I love the chicken casserole and veg soup or the three bean soup, the waitrose tuscany bean soup is lovely, sainsburys do the carrot and coriander for less than 150 calories which is yummy, there are lot of nice ones out there.0 -

I am expecting it big time:rotfl: :rotfl: I deserve it, I am knocking myself out here:rotfl: :rotfl: yes ajax is number one but I am def no 2:rolleyes: I know bb worked it out to be 3.5lb because the week before that I had lost 1.5lb so that was over 2 weeks but it still does not take away from the fact the scales moved up 5lb:rotfl: oh the disappointment with be palable if it is not gone in 2 days time, I 'll sulk, I tell 'ya:rotfl: :rotfl:0 -
