Can anyone tell me a quick and easy way to make humous (preferably one kind on the calories) as I have recently developed an addiction and I am sure it cannot be that hard to do.
Thanks0 -
I got the WW pedometer where it tells you how many steps you have taken but also the points you have earnt for activity:D that and some recipe books from WW and the WW scales that calculate the points of the foods for you, I love WW makes it so very easy to keep on track:D
Thanks Victory - I will bear that in mind if and when this one goes kaput!(They never seem to last very long with me  - best one I had was probably my RC one a few years ago.)

Hi all
I was browsing the forums and came across this thread. Was feeling v depressed about weight gain over last 12 months, but thought this would be a good place to start. My goal is to lose 1.5 stone before Ascot, 21 June (as my sis is taking me for my bday) and loose my muffin top and jelly legs!!:j The plan is to get back into running and eat more fresh fruit and veg. Currently scoffing the last xmas chocie so I can start tomorrow, without any naughty stuff in the house!
Which day are we supposed to post weight gain / loss?0 -
Woah, 5 pages of posts to catch up on since yesterday, you have been busy!
Thank you for doing the chart BB, I didn't manage to get back to you in time but thanks for including my "fractional" weight loss!
Suggs, good to see you back. The others will vouch that I've been behaving in your absence!I didn't exercise properly for a whole week! Good luck with your weigh in tomorrow and I hope your finger gets better quickly.
Bails thanks for asking about the £7k. I could go on at some length about how it happenedbut I guess it's the wrong thread for that. For me, keeping track of every expense and categorising them is the key. Having the previous year's information is so valuable when it comes to target setting! This is the year I really crack down into the nitty gritty though Bails, so I'm with you all the way, and very happy to share methods, tips etc (might be better by PM?)
My clothing bill for 2007 horrifies me, I've always prided myself in not spending a fortune on clothes... but we all know WHY I had to spend more... haha!
Speaking of clothing, I did a further wardrobe sort out yesterday and I was ruthless!!! I now have 7 tops and 4 pairs of trousers as my current wardrobe, and a further 8 items of summerwear I'm keeping for now. Along with my gym kit, that's all I've got! Does anyone on here own fewer items of clothing than that?
Victory - big hugs for you! I know you must be disappointed but I am so impressed with how you've come on here, been so open, and faced right up to it. Also, acknowledging that you know WHY it happened, without making excuses. Good luck with getting it off again before Jan 14th, hopefully much of it is the "quickly on, quickly off" type! At least you can be thankful that week is over now!
Oh - I have to pop out now and I haven't even nearly caught up, I may have to admit defeat here and not comment on as many as I'd like to, as I bet there will be another 5 pages by the time I get back! Sorry guys and girls!

Hi RKD_999
Always room for one (or two, or three, or four) more on here. Welcome onboard.
Weightloss chart usually updated on a Wednesday but people post when ever their 'normal' weigh in day is and it just gets taken into consideration on the following Wednesday.
Good luck

Here's one recipe from the beeb

they have a few and there are always variations. I think you just have to keep trying until you get the right flavor for you.
hmmm...this one has tahini in it...
