By asking to join! Which you just have :D . The goal is 5lbs a month - it really helps break down large goals in to smaller manageable amounts and to keep the motivation up over time.Post your weekly weigh in result each week and it will be picked up and put on the chart we put up every wed evening. I'll add you now as you are just in time and it will show your weeks results and accumulated loss. Obviously I'll be starting you on zero this week, along with are other new members. I realise you won't beale to post your first result until Sun 13th. How are you both planning to lose the weight? Healthy eating and exercise? THis is a great forum and the more you post the more friendly support you can get. How much do you hope to lose?

hi thanks. we hope to lose about 18lbs each by june for our holiday in zante.
eating healthy and exercse is the way to go. im just recovering from major operation tho so got to be carefull

    Hello all,

I've just realised my thread has been merged with the big weight loss thread. I thought it was a bit confusing, duh!

Is there room for a "not so little" one?

    HB x

i wondered why your thread sounded weird hannah haha :p

Im a september birthday person too! Infact, everyone whos worth anything is born in september (apart from my boyfriends brother, hes just a wosser)

Anybody know the answers to these questions:

    1. Reccomendations for changes to ryanairs approach. How they can do their job better?

    2. The situation of the european budget airline industry?

    3. A extremely detailed SWOT/5 forces analysis of Ryanair?

    4. The sustainablity of the budget airline sector

Thats all i need to know :p kind of. :p

. But slimmer of the fortnight is definitely Efrieze with a stunning 3.5lbs :T . And just another 3.5lbs to go until joining the 100lbs lost club! Starlight, retiredlady and justmarried & skincatt: sorry if you didn’t see my Monday post (number488 on page 25)giving your Dec19th total loss, which asked for whatever losses/gains you had posted over xmas to be posted again in relation to you 19th dec total. I haven’t been able to update your figures as I haven’t heard from you but as soon as I do I will update the chart.

Thanks for keeping me on the chart BB. I havn't been weighed but I am sure I have gained!  My SW consultant is on holiday this week so no weigh in for us, however now that I have the flu I might lose a couple of pounds by next week!
Thank you so much for doing the chart and very well done to Efrieze and all the wonderful losers on here - I love you all!

    Happy New Year

    Hi folks
Have not had time to read back properly so not sure if this has been mentioned before but Quidco have membership of Weight watchers online or WW esource on a £15 cashback at present. :D To qualify you have to sign up for 3 months (and then remember to cancel the DD) but the cost of joining the esource is only £15 for the 1st 3 months anyway! :T
Can any WW'ers out there tell me if esource is any use if you are not also a club member - it is advertised as being a supplementary site to your weekly classes where you can use the interactive points tracker for 30000 foods or browse the core plan list etc but would like to know more about where it diffes from being a 'proper' online member (£50 for the 3 months).
Still - can't argue when you are getting the full £15 back and thus getting the 3 month membership free
    Regards
    katyk

PS If you are already a club member you get 30 days of esource free trial, followed by 3 months for £15 and £15 cashback so I might go join a club for a month anyway (Using the register free voucher online of course):D Needless to say would join club first so could get 30 day trial AND £15 back....1st club meeting near me not until Wed 9th Jan
