Yesterday went to the shops and saw new WW chilli con carne, next to it WW chips, wow I thought chilli and chips WW style bonus, rushed home, on the back it said 120 g of frozen chips equals 2 points , the chilli was 4, 6 points for dinner not bad, got the WW scales down measured 120g exactly and the frozen chips came to 11 little chips, weighed it again, 11 chips, didn't even fill the bottom of the weighing basin, 11 chips:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: so last night had WW chilli and chip:rotfl: I was going to double it up and use 2 more points but never, can't get over how little 120g is:rotfl: H had the fish, he loved it with a jacket potato and DS also, the youngest one refused to touch it and cried endlessly until we let him off:D0

I've been having smaller meals, so when I feel hungry I'm snacking on fruit. I have no buiscuits, crisps etc to tempt me, only healthy stuff in my kitchen (ooh I do have half a jar of peanut butter )
Today I had musli for breakfast, when I'm on earlys I like poached eggs on toast.
Cool so your muesli probably has dried fruit in it so that's 1 portion; when I have eggs on toast now I have some salad or raw spinach on the side - might only be half a portion but every little helps! Or you could have some baked beans if you like them. When snacking on fruit I always have either a dessertspoonful of, say, pumpkin seeds or 5 almonds - this is the protein I'm always talking about which helps the fruit sugars release more slowly into your system (therefore stay fuller for longer, less peaks and troughs etc). Peanut butter is good on my plan too (again the protein) - natural, no sugar one though. The 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000

Well it was worse than I thought it was. I had put on and I am now 3lb over goal, however as I am still within 5lb of goal I still don't have to pay. To top it off I'm sure some of gain was due to IBS as I have been stressing over the last few days.
WW are doing a kickstart programme which can be done for maximum of two weeks so I am going to give that a go so we'll see iif I can get back to goal in the next two weeks.
Wishing you all a good day.

ROFLing at the Yoda stuff, genius! :rotfl:
Welcome to Ronaldo (hating your avatar, but I'll let you off just this once) - am I right in thinking you're a bloke? We're notorious for getting this wrong on this thread so no offence if I am! Good to have you on board, we'll definitely be able to help you along the way.
What a miserable day it is here! OH is out all day and night so I'm home alone - got loads of chores that need doing but of course I'm on here insteadJust about to go and check out a new car actually, as my other one really did die (not worth the £600 to repair it). So now I'm :eek::eek: at having to shell out for a new one! And the MS was going so well - instead of paying off some off my mortgage, I'm now going to have to use it on a car
Thanks for the mushroom booklet Ajax, I love 'em! Especially raw, or just cooked when they're all slimy sliding down your throat...are you feeling sick yet?!:DThe 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000

Hi everyone and welcome new peeps!
Ouch Bails, sorry to hear about the car. That really is a setback for your money saving effortsBut if you get a bargain and make savings everywhere else, perhaps all is not lost? Your £214 saving in 10 days is excellent! If it's any consolation, it looks like I may need to make a rather costly house repair, so I could be in the same boat...!

.........pretty much, yeah. Thanks for nada bails.
Bails, do you not think the mens health magazine references were a bit of a give away for Ronaldo's gender?Right then, you females have been on about bras for long enough, this is where the male bites back. I can't stand Man Utd either bails but there's only one player in the whole of English football who I'd pay to watch on his own and that's Ronaldo. All the skill has gone out of it, apart from him. Joe Cole is alright, but Ronaldo is the closest we have these days to a Willie Johnston or a Robin Friday or even a Glenn Hoddle. Testosterone moment over, you may now discuss Radleys again
Nise, Yoda was a Star wars character who spoke with a very identifiable sentence structure. "Earned it, I have"............ "See through you, I can". Play this link - it will hopefully explain why Suggs wrote what he did. Hmm.!0
