Hi Guys
Day 2 of diet (SW). I think it must be hard work for those who work full time.
I've been cooking 3 different curries ALL morning, all free on green days.
I spent £59 in Asda on Tuesday and £67 odd in Tesco yesterday.
I already have 8 food cupboards full of what used to be my 'normal' food, which do not include sweets, biscuits, cakes etc:
I'm either over-eager for the diet to work or pretty stupid on what to buy so I have all the ingredients for each reciepe I'm trying out!
It seems like you can eat plenty of food, but I have to check my book before any of it touches my lips!
Have made DH eat the same as me last 2 days and tonight, he's not a happy bunny and says its not enough. It is, he's just used to more massive sized portions of everything at the same time.
It's going to be a long week and I soooooooo hope I lose weight next Monday. It'll give me the kick start I need.
how are people feeling today??

Hi Lilac
Sounds like you have made a fab start.
Its hard to get into the swing of things.
Try to just take it a day at a time.

Hey ronaldo! Good luck with the weightloss, you'll be fine!
How is everyone? I got my grade back from my assignments today. Got a 64 (PROUD) which is a good 2.1 then i got 58 in the actual assignment then a 56 in a mock exam thing. Downward spiral ha. Handed in that stupid ryanair essay which im glad of, im going to revise after neighbours so im only popping in quickly.
Pet: Shold always always try a bra on and look at your profile view. Youre breasts should sit between youre elbow and your shoulder with a bra on. If they dont then you need a different bra.
anyway, im off! see you later this evening folkies!0 -
Anyone out there fancy doing my design research? Anyone?
Oh well.
I have a mini rant to make today... Why do all gyms have to be so far away from town centres, and off bus routes?! Ok, so maybe it's not all of them, but round here it's absolutely useless! When I was working, I'd happily go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week after work, but I have to admit, I do kinda object to walking the 1.5-2 miles to get there, then work out, then walk home again... Especially when it's chucking it down outside! Guess I'll probably end up leaving it til I'm home for the summer, it'll give me more excuses to be out of the house!
I'm not loving the healthy eating right now. Haven't been feeling great the last couple of days, so haven't eaten much, so today when I felt better, all I seem to want is junk! I've got a kitchen full of lovely fruit and veg, and all I want is really really sweet stuff. I'm very tempted to write off this week & the weekend. Which would be very, very bad of me. But my mind works in funny ways - once I decide it no longer matters, all of a sudden, I don't want the same amount of junk! So the plan is to be sensible, but, hey, lets not panic. Dinner tonight will be stir-fry anyway (stable part of uni diet), and then I'm away for the weekend, so don't have any real control over the menu anyway.

Am very, very jealous!
My highest grade this year has been a 56. But hey, at least I'm consistent - the lowest was 54 lol.**"Cheer up, it could get worse" - I cheered up, and look, it got worse!**0
