Thanks so much for this month's challenge (and next) apple. I've been here in spirit although not got it totally together. lots of small spends at the beginning of the month (plus being too tired to continue so some orders were done the next day). Very feeble but my sense of humour is coming back and the multivitamin is helping (as did the mid- September hiatus when I just had to stop, take a step backwards and do little bits with reading, relaxing and recovering in between).

Need to prepare my notes for tomorrow's doctor's appointment (and book taxis for the week and remember to charge my phone), make Sunday dinner and sort all the food use ups (and the ginormous heap of spuds) before new stuff comes. We have appointments on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (just me - bloods early and boob squash in the afternoon). Hoping for a referral back to CBT for help with organising/ gathering my thoughts and suggestions for improving all other areas.

Grateful for a roof over my head, the bed (best place to be) just breathing.
My mission in life is not only to survive, but to thrive and to do so with some Passion, some Compassion, some Humour and some Style.

Thank you to all turtles and lurkers who were with us in October.
I made it to 16 nsds and 16 exercise sessions, which were my lifeline really. I continue to try to simplify my life, but life does insist of becoming more complicated... So I plodded on, day by day. I am immensely grateful for my habits and lifestyle that are very much second-nature now. I love being a turtle!
