I too have set up account and Octopus direct debit. And heard nothing. I have £96.40 credit .40 days and waiting.Why are English company's so crap.Why didn't Octopus set up a Forum that Avro / Octopus customers could access instead of just leaving us wondering. A representative from Octopus could pop on the forum and answer all queries.0

I thought it was a bit too good to last.I wouldn't go that farOctopus suffer from being too open at times, they have not yet learned how to be careful about some things that shouldn't be in the open, like a tariff that isn't intended to be generally available.I'd rather have that than the practised deception that seems common elsewhere.
