Octopus Energy takes on Avro customers

MWT said:It is just a matter of presentation, but arguably the way Octopus shows it is correct as the closing reading is as at a specific point in time and that point doesn't change between one period and the next.Either way, once you understand the way your supplier does it, it should not be confusing.

I have absolutely no problem with my Octopus Energy Statements.
The top of the bill clearly shows the Billing period, e.g. 1st Jan 2022 to 31st Jan 2022. This is correct.
The "details" section clearly shows the dates readings submitted, e.g. 1st Jan and 1st Feb. Again this is correct.

Final bill and Avro account balance screenshots are ready and waiting as and when...0 -
Strange world. The latest wholesale unit rate for gas is 7.78p/kWh - only half a penny above Octopus' post-April 2nd capped rate. For electricity, too. 22.18p wholesale, 29p Octopus.I know VAT affects the comparison - but not that much.
