Octopus Energy takes on Avro customers

Octopus haven't replied to my email on 2nd march. The last email from them was on 11th Jan thanking me for my patience.
Has anyone any idea what's happening or how many of us are in the same position?

Well this is fun. I now have 5, yes 5, direct debits to Octopus Energy set up in my bank account! Hoping they will be able to tell me which one they are actually going to use so I can delete the other 4...0

I have emailed them to ask which one they are going to use. If they take money from one of them before they've told me then I will simply delete the others. Hopefully they won't take it from all 5 :-)0

I think mine is set to pay the full amount on receipt of bill, is that pretty normal?0

I still have a few steps to go, it's possible the variable direct debit will be changed to a monthly fixed amount before the first bill is generated.0
