E-mail this morning. They’ve estimated a similar monthly cost based on the 3 readings I’ve sent to what we were paying to Avro. We will still owe money but not as much as I’d feared.2017 - mortgage of £140,000 and interest rate of £10 a day

But they haven't told you what the April increase will be yet. That's the one that is going to hurt!

My control panel is asking for an opening electricity reading. I've had no communication from Octopus, so I'm not going to assume I have to enter it. They should be able to pick it up from my previous supplier.0

That's my guess too, the system is only set up for conventional migrations hence the messages about needing readings.0 -
