Citizens advice link suggests "If you have an online account, it’s a good idea to log into it, check your balance and download any bills". Shame Avro website won't let you sign in now.

I love it, sit tight and don't do anything and wait for the tariffs to go up, surely this is against the switch when you want rules!! Now we have no access to the open market!! Any comments?0

Think twice about switching
ofgem rules state as part of SOLR process the new supplier cannot put you on any worse tarriff. So if you fixed till July next year you would avoid the winter hikes still.0 -
I'm about £240 in credit:(
This is the second time in 2years this has happened to me. Last being with Breeze Energy.
It's outrageous how the new supplier found by Ofgem will start by putting us on one of their most expensive tariffs. Ofgem should insist new suppliers place customers on one of their cheapest tariffs in this situation, but still allow them to move supplier should they wish.
My direct debit was £140 a month to AVRO (up from about £125 last year). On current prices, I expect it to jump to £220 a month with the new supplier - really not good.
The government and Ofgem need to do more, much more.0 -
I started I switch from Avro to Sainsburys on mon, got confirmation from both so I assume it will just go ahead?Fortunately I’ve got screen shots of my account as their website is completely down.0
